EVENTS WE SPECIALIZE IN & OUR PLANNING PROCESS

YLV Events & Design plans and produces large scale corporate events, weddings, wine release parties, galas, fundraisers, as well as smaller scale intimate celebrations such as engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties and private wine tastings, just to name a few.

We offer a broad range of services custom tailored to your specific needs and budget. Upon an initial complimentary consultation we will learn more about your needs and desires through our unique questionnaire system and will then put together a proposal and vision for your event based on how much or how little assistance in planning you may need.

Whether you select us to design and plan your entire event to every last detail, or assist with only some portions of the planning or whether you just need someone to prepare for and coordinate the day-of, we will give you our undivided attention, passionate creative energy, organizational expertise and access to our professional network of reliable vendors.

We custom design every element of your event to evoke a mood and expression representative of you and your vision.

PLANNING

We research and plan every detail of the process, from assistance with vendors to scheduling, timelines and everything in-between.

COORDINATION

On the day of your event our team is onsite ensuring that your event is set-up exactly as envisioned, and goes off without a hitch so your day is stress-free.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

- Assistance with preliminary budget and initial ideas and suggestions accommodating your tastes, preferences and budget
- Assistance in creating a budget
- Assistance with vendor selection and scheduling all necessary appointments
- Suggesting entertainment ideas and assisting with arrangement of such ideas
- Researching and suggesting location of the event (if not chosen yet), doing site inspections and providing recommendations for set up
- Suggesting ideas for and arranging for any necessary event rentals
- Creating mood boards and designing any part of or all of the décor
- Reviewing all contracts
- Developing a detailed timeline for the event
- Developing a detailed floor plan and assisting with creating seating charts
- Assistance with designing or ordering invitations and event programs
- Assistance with the design or selection of the bride’s dress and accessories, as well as the attire and accessories for bridal party or any other ball or a masquerade event by our in-house Designer
- Confirming the timeline with all vendors several days before the event
- Managing on-site the day of the event to see that all set-ups are proceeding smoothly and on schedule, all vendors are on time and ready, and that any emergencies and last moment issues are handled and solved behind the scenes – so that your day will go entirely stress-free.
